RSVP management can be very time demanding which is the last thing you want in the run up to your big event when you already have enough to do. The Memory Knot Company will use your guest list to create a database from which we send out your invitations (including information about the gift list, menu choices, directions and accommodation if applicable). We will be a point of contact for all your guests by email, chasing up late RSVPs and answering their queries on your behalf freeing up your valuable time. Your guest’s responses, special dietary requirements, and menu choices will be collated and supplied to your chosen venue for you. Once we know who is coming to your special event we can liaise with you to formulate a seating plan ensuring your guests are sat appropriately... after all, sparks could fly if Aunty Pat sat next to Uncle Pete!
Accommodation can be a hassle to manage so let us deal with finding enough rooms in the best hotels to fit the varied budgets of your guests, whilst overseeing the booking details so that no one books the wrong hotel by mistake! We can organise your guests’ travel arrangements, such as, train/bus tickets, car hire, and taxis on their arrival the night before your big day and when it’s all over we’ll get them back home. We can also coordinate the transportation requirements of your guests on the day of your event, from their accommodation to the church, between the church and your venue, from the venue back to their accommodation after dancing the night away. Our RSVP and Guest Management service ensures all the details are taken care of and your guests have a great time, with no disappointments!
