Stir Up Sunday

Christmas Traditions

Stir Up Sunday is the traditional day for everyone in the family to take a turn at stirring the Christmas pudding which is traditionally made with 13 ingredients to represent Christ and His Disciples. On Stir Up Sunday families returned from Church to give the pudding its traditional lucky stir. Loving the new website!

Welcome to the first blog on our new Memory Knot Company website. We have thought long and hard about the site layout as we had a lot of information to put across and had to find a balance as we don’t want to bore you. It has been a little while in the making with much head scratching required, but thanks to a team effort with Fraser, Jason and Nadene at Wombat Web Design we feel it has been well worth all the effort!

"I am thrilled that Jaimie and Andrew have started 'The Memory Knot Company', long overdue for this talented duo, I say. I left our reception organisation totally in Jaimie's capable hands after briefly discussing colours and theme, etc. I realised Jaimie totally understood what I wanted. So, when Adam and I walked into our reception room where our guests were waiting to greet us, we were blown away.... the room and tables looked absolutely WONDERFUL which made our happy day complete."

We felt like we were treated as friends and it all made it into our perfect day. I would definately recommend The Memory Knot Company to anyone wanting to organise their big day, or any big event! Very impressed!"
